A Light Gun That Works On Modern Televisions?!
The Sinden Light Gun, introduced in 2019, is a contemporary light gun designed to work on modern TVs and displays, offering a way to play classic light gun games on high-definition screens. Despite its technical achievements, creator Andy Sinden aims to expand its capabilities by adding support for more hardware, emulators, and games. The ultimate goal is to make the device compatible with both old and new consoles, including the Xbox Series X/S and PS5. While initially hoping for a partnership with major console companies, Sinden continues to prioritize development to enhance compatibility. The Sinden Light Gun, released in 2020, features a built-in webcam, a lengthy cable, remappable buttons, and a D-Pad. However, it is primarily compatible with PC, Linux, and Raspberry Pi, with limited support for older consoles like PS1 and PS2. Future plans include adding support for the original Xbox, Dreamcast, NES, and Saturn. Sinden's overarching aim is to revive the light gun genre in modern gaming by demonstrating that effective light guns can function seamlessly on contemporary televisions.

With logos from Joey Drew Studios and Radar Pictures (the force behind Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's Jumanji reboot), this is shaping up to be a blockbuster.
While the movie details remain under wraps, theMeatly, Bendy's mastermind, promises a high-octane, hair-raising experience. "We are super committed to making the Bendy movie as quality, scary, exciting, and honoring to the Bendy world as possible. It needs to be done right and with care," he tweeted. Brace yourself for a horror extravaganza as Bendy takes the terror to the BIG screen!
